The World is Yours: Create and Play Your Own Adventures

Every adventure on the platform can be written by a player. The tools are the same ones the built-in sagas use: no code, no hosting, just a good idea and a clear tone.
A creator portal, not a code editor
Define the setting, the geography, the political climate and the tone in one guided form. A prompt enhancer turns a rough idea into a usable brief, and the form tells you what the narrator needs to know rather than asking you to write a specification. You can start from a sentence and refine it as the world takes shape.
Rules that match the story
Pick archetypes, abilities, damage and fate points, from crunchy d20-style play to a light narrative system. Choose mechanics that reinforce the theme: a heist needs stealth, hacking and social pressure, not swordplay. Your blueprint becomes directives the narrator follows, populating the world with characters and consequences that persist between scenes.
From idea to playable
Write the pitch in one paragraph: who the player is, what is at stake, what makes this world different. Fill the brief with tone, archetypes, abilities and an opening situation. Then roll a test hero and play a few scenes before anyone else sees it. The first scene should end on a decision, and the choices should feel genuinely different.
Private by default
New adventures start private. Nothing is shown to anyone else, and nothing is moderated, until you choose to publish. That gives you room to experiment with strange systems and unfinished prose without an audience. Only you can see a private adventure, and you can keep it that way forever.
Publishing when it feels right
Making an adventure public runs an automated safety check once; every later save while it is public is checked again. Moderation is a gate, not a verdict on you. If a save trips the check, we tell you why and let you save it as private instead.
Publishing grants Your Tale a non-exclusive licence to display and run the adventure for other players. You can turn it private again at any time, and your creative output stays in your control.
